A taxing schedule, a demanding job, a longing family, all these challenges simply hinders you from going to the gym. There are a few occasions when you are able to do some sets in the basement with your old bench and pair of dumbbells. However, you know that exercise has to be consistent and done in a more regular basis. Walking could be a steady routine you can do everyday, and may be varied as you progress.
During the first week, a 15 to 20 minute walk will do the trick. You can do this inside your village in a leisurely manner. There is no need for added weights as you perform this routine at least 3 to 4 times a week.
Once you’ve established your baseline, simply increase the intensity of walk as it becomes brisk walking, jogging, and eventually into running. Staying healthy without compromising your routine could be as easy as using your legs.

People are instantly alarmed whenever they hear the word Fats. The first idea that comes into mind is unhealthy and unwanted. Although fats are considered culprits to health matters, a better understanding of the subject reveals more enlightening facts. This article discusses the types of fats and its role in health.
Saturated Fats. Chemically speaking, the bonds of these fats are saturated with hydrogen. On a more popular term, it is one of the least healthful fats. It raises your blood cholesterol level which causes clogging in arteries. The fats include chocolates, cheese, chicken fat, pork, and cream.
Monosaturated Fats. From the word “Mono” this means one, this bond without hydrogen. Ergo, this fat makes you healthier and lowers your cholesterol levels. Examples are avocado, olives, canola oil, and peanuts.
Polysaturated and Hydrogenated Fats. These fats are just as unhealthy. The list includes chips, frozen treats, mayonnaise, and salad dressing.
EFA’s or Essential Fatty Acids. These fats are the healthiest fats. They can be found in high quantities of fish, oil, almonds, and tuna. Studies show that daily fish supplementation significantly increase fat oxidation.

Individually, you maintain a healthy lifestyle while performing roles in society as well as the family. As a couple however, fitness doesn’t appear to be a thing for two. Everyday routine just seems to prevent doing things together. Here’s a list of activities you could do as a couple.
Shop. Aside from going to the gym, there could be more creative ways to stay fit. Shopping requires a lot of walking as a form exercise. As you shop, make sure the list contains food to help you stay in top form.
Outdoors. After dinner, why not take a few minutes off to walk the dogs, or ride the bike. Other suggestions would be outdoor activities like wall-climbing or mountain-hiking.
Unwind. One good way to relax is to eat. Cook a meal together and of course consider the nutritional aspect of it. Another way to relax is simply having a soothing and calming massage.

There is no miracle potion and magic that will give you an attractive and sexy body. And although the latest fashion trends put a lot of pressure on the way you dress, remember the key for success requires patience. Shredding those fats away can be easily broken down to a few single steps.
Believe it or not, like it or hate it, simply do a 20 to 30 minute cardiovascular activity three times a week and that’s a big start. You can walk around the park, ride a bike, do the treadmill, or any activity you enjoy for that amount of time.
For each and every day, eat smaller proportioned and high frequency nutritionally balanced meals and expect a trimmer waistline.
Follow these simple reminders and you will be on your way to wearing more trendy and sexy fashion clothes. Just remember to do this practice on a more consistent basis.
